Our services

Buckbrush provides professional land clearing and vegetation management. This includes removal of brush, shrubs and undergrowth on rural properties, lots and residential areas; forestry mulching; trail and firebreak cutting; and site preparation for construction, pasture or fire prevention.

The scope of each job is defined in the estimate or order you approve.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book and pay for services.

By booking, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to have the work performed there.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the local currency displayed at checkout, or on your written estimate, and include the charges described there. The full price is presented before you confirm and pay.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. These are one-time service purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Scheduling and site access

Service dates are scheduled with you after your order or estimate request. Please give us accurate information about the property, its boundaries and its access.

If you know of anything that could affect the work, such as underground lines, fences or structures, please tell us before the job begins.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on factors such as terrain, vegetation type, weather and regrowth. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Clearing, mulching or firebreak work does not guarantee that a property will be protected from wildfire, will meet any approval or inspection, or will gain value.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to Buckbrush or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
