Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Buckbrush land clearing or vegetation management service. This policy explains whether and how you can get a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

Because we provide services performed on site and do not sell physical products, there are no items to return. Refund requests are handled as described on this page.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. You may include photos of the property if they help explain it.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

There are no recurring charges to cancel, because our services are one-time purchases.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
